Tooling Return or Exchange Policy

We at ADVENT want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase.  Our return policy allows you 60 days from the date you receive your purchase, to submit a tooling return request providing the following conditions must be met.

  1. Products must be returned within 60 days of receipt for refund or exchange.
  2. Products must be unused in their original packaging and may be subject to a 15% restock fee.
  3. Processing your return will take 2-4 weeks.
  4. Refunds are for the cost of the products only.
  5. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained for all tooling returns
  6. Special or Custom tooling will not be considered for return unless defective.

Assistance / Help with your return

Your ADVENT distributor may assist in your tooling return request, tooling returned directly to the distributor does not constitute a completed tooling return. All return requests require approval from ADVENT.

If Your Products Arrived with Shipping Damage

Before contacting ADVENT please call the carrier that delivered your package within 24 hours of receipt. ADVENT cannot accept responsibility for damage incurred after a customer has signed for delivered products in good condition.

If your item was received defective or incomplete, we will either fix the product or exchange for a replacement. All performance or damaged related returns will be inspected by the ADVENT Engineering group within 2-3 weeks after the receipt of the return.

Upon inspection, if your tooling product is not defective or damaged, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of the returned product to you.

  • COVID-19:Temporary Return Policy:  ADVENT has always put our customers and employees at the forefront of everything we do. In light of the COVID-19 virus, we are temporarily adjusting the return policy. These temporary policy changes will ensure we can maintain our superior level of service that you have come to expect.

Unused products may not be returned for credit or refund until further notice.  Returns will continue to be permitted with proper prior authorization for any product that are deemed defective.  Once business reverts to normal levels, we may allow products to be returned, subject to standard restocking charges.
